A super face exercise book

This book has diagrams of the facial muscles, showing you exactly what you are working on and it has Marjorie Craig demonstrating the exercises themselves. There is almost no way you can go wrong - the main difficulty is doing them slowly, so they have the most effect.
It all seems deceptively simple - but the exercises are good and they do work.
I have had this book for years. I have also read many other facial exercise books over the years and I have never found a more thorough one, or a more effective one.

This is a very good book. I've owned it for years and keep going back to it. It has humour and helpful step by step instructions. And my face feels sooo good after a session.

I Love it!

My husband bought "Miss Craig's Face Saving Exercises" book for me as birthday gift for my 28th birthday, 44 years ago. I am now 72 years old. I have tried to do these exercises faithfully through the years. These exercises truly have saved my face. A nurse who works for a plastic surgeon, whom I recently met, thought I had had Botox treatments, which I never have had. She said she has never seen a women of my age with the high cheekbones, toned skin and said I looked like I was in my 50's.
I generally have done my facial exercises while I was driving the children, then grandchildren to their activities and now I still do them as I am driving in the car, it has always worked for me in this way. I really thank God for Marjorie Craig's instructional teaching, what foresight she had! And I thank God my husband bought me this birthday gift that I treasure!
I also have "Miss Craig's 21-Day Shape-Up Program" book. I have through the years incorporated her stretches, use of ankle weights and hand weights into my daily exercise program it really did create a "dancer's body"!
